I’m beyond excited to invite you to a deeply immersive Elemental Yoga Flow by the waters.

This special session combines yoga, breath, and sound, guiding you into a state of full elemental connection - Water, Fire, Air, and Earth.

With the wild Aries energy in the air

we’ll ignite our inner fire, ground into the earth, flow like water,

and breathe with the wind

all while experiencing a high-vibrational sound journey through headphones for a somatic embodiment.

To complete this experience, we’ll finalize the class with my Elemental Alchemy Oil,
“Heart of Fire”specially crafted to harmonize with the fiery Aries essence, grounding and activating you as you step back into your day.
