Come join us for a whole day retreat.

Emma & Julia will hold space together for a beautiful opening ceremony.

An initiation to witness & honour our true selves.

To move past fears or own limitations. 

Emma will hold a healing & clearing. 

Followed by some coaching principles to support. 

A long lunchtime to sink into pleasure & fun together with the group. 

Laughter, swimming, amazing plant based food, woods, scents & oils. 

Followed by Blue Lotus & Blue Rose ceremony held by both Emma & Julia, bringing the magic from Egypt.

Deep self love & trust. 

Julia will follow up with an expansive, divine feminine practice and embodiment. 

Both will finish with a sound healing and integration to the body.

Dining: Renowned Osa Major chef working with locally produced & prepared, delicious vegan food.
